Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leadership professional in Milwaukee to lead and develop teams, manage operations and drive sales and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes coaching, budgeting, merchandising, and process improvements to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.

Primary responsibilities include supervising hourly associates, implementing company initiatives, and maintaining Walmart’s values of integrity and service while striving for excellence in operations and community

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates during store tours and providing feedback.
• Drives store performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties and enforcing a belonging mindset.
• Ensures compliance with policies and supports Walmart values, ethics and integrity across all store operations.
