Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: 2 years of college or equivalent; or 1 year retail with 1 year supervisory experience; or 2 years general work with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and/or state requirements may apply for applicable facilities.
• Associates will attend and complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback.
• Ensure customer service standards and the OBW service model.
• Manage store operations, budgeting, forecasting, and expenses; drive sales and shrink control.
