Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college; OR one year of retail experience and one year of supervisory experience; OR two years of general work experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, background checks and training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and providing feedback to associates.
• Drives store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and cost control to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved, promoting a high quality customer experience.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates; promote a sense of belonging in the workplace.
