Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a talented Store Manager to lead the full operation of a Ross store, ensuring Company standards and procedures are consistently met.

You will recruit, train and develop the store leadership team and oversee stockroom, front end, and sales floor activities to drive sales and profitability. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, controlling expenses, and maintaining a safe, easy-to-shop environment while delivering exceptional customer service and merchandise

Formación

• Fluency in English.
• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches while working.
• Analyzes Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
• Addresses variances to Company standards with action plans in coordination with the District Manager.
• Ensures proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits and payroll reporting as needed.
