Job summary

You will recruit, train, and develop leadership and non-exempt staff while managing stockroom, front end, and sales floor processes to meet sales and profitability goals. The role requires experience in retail management, strong customer service, and the ability to lead teams effectively, including scheduling

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire Store operation to meet company standards and best practices.
• Recruit, train and develop Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and Associates.
• Oversee payroll administration, scheduling, and adherence to policies.
