Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Create and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience with service training and leadership.
• Manage POS transactions per policy; handle discounts, refunds, loyalty, and opening/closing.
• Oversee inventory control, pricing changes, markdowns, and physical inventory.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation on the sales floor.
• Monitor payroll, scheduling and time attendance; control payroll budget.
• Train and develop direct reports; reinforce operational standards.
• Lead loss prevention and protection of company assets.
• Develop understanding of day-to-day store operations.
