Lowe's is seeking an Operations Assistant Store Manager in the United States. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service in a clean, safe, and well-stocked store, drive sales and margins, and optimize daily operations. The role may rotate through Merchandising and Specialty to support development and cross-training.

Some travel to attend meetings may be required. The position requires 2+ years leading retail associates, 3+ years in a fast-paced environment, and experience with Microsoft

Qualificações

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience in a fast-paced cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year of manager-on-duty responsibilities managing daily store operations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Anticipate customer flow and schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Plan for sales spikes and ensure in-stock position to support demand.
• Lead safety walks and coach associates on safe practices.
• Drive sales, margin goals and customer satisfaction through operations.
• Collaborate with store leadership, District Manager, and support staff.
