Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff; supervise and coach employees.

• Oversee product ordering, receiving, and adherence to temps/quality policies.
• Maintain merchandising standards, signage, promotions, and pricing accuracy.
• Conduct regular inventory control and cost analysis; perform cash audits.
