Job summary

BFS Foods is seeking a General Manager for the White Hall, WV location. The role oversees the entire store operation, including program execution, inventory control, sanitation, and foodservice planning, in coordination with the District Manager.

You will lead customer service, manage a team, oversee scheduling and training, and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards while driving store performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Be able to stand for periods up to 8 hours.
• Be able to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to read, understand, write, and communicate in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for whole-store operations, including program execution, inventory control, sanitation and preparation schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide top quality, fast, friendly service and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store staff; create a positive store culture and ensure consistent foodservice quality.
• Plan and manage scheduling to optimize labor and meet sanitation standards; oversee ordering and receiving of products; monitor pricing and promotions.
• Maintain inventory controls, conduct periodic inventories, and monitor cost controls.
