You will write weekly schedules, manage payroll related tasks, and support vendor relations, inventory, and facilities. You will execute company-driven operations projects and drive a safe, inclusive environment for the team and guests.

Strong leadership and business acumen are essential to translate vision into daily results across our retail floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor hours.
• Experience managing projects or processes.
• Education: High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly schedules based on labor requirements and budget.
• Manage budget data, P&L, expenses, and sales planning.
• Provide leadership and ensure efficient retail floor operations.
• Support inventory accuracy and labor planning for deliveries.
• Lead company-level operations directives at store level.
• Maintain safety policies and compliance.
