The position requires 2+ years of retail supervisory experience, full-time availability (nights, weekends, holidays), and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for store layout.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in stores.
• Merchandising and inventory management; optimize stock levels and displays.
• Oversee store opening/closing procedures; lead on duty when required.
• Equip and guide associates; training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching.
• Handle POS transactions with accuracy and comply with policies.
• Maintain store standards and support a positive customer experience.
• Ensure pet care standards and safety for pets in our care.
