Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.
• Full-time availability; evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and stay composed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and training.
• Coordinate associate development, onboarding, mentoring, coaching.
• Delegate and validate daily tasks.
• Lead when on duty and address associate concerns.
• Execute merchandise strategies and displays.
• Manage inventory levels and audits.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash.
• Maintain store standards and code of ethics compliance.
• Open and close store responsibilities.
• Ensure safe pet care and customer experience.
