Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and train sales associates in product knowledge and presentation standards.
• Support associate development and conduct coaching and performance reviews.
• Delegate daily tasks and lead when on duty.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and cash handling per policy.
• Manage inventory, merchandise displays, and promotional setups.
• Ensure pet care maintenance and safe, healthy pet handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and accurate records.
