• Makes recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicates performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinates meetings to ensure safety and policies.
• Ensures the store is opened and closed as required; manages daily staffing and checkout operations.
• Evaluates operating statements to identify trends, profitability, shrink, and errors.
