Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store employees; plan and implement store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support.
• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees in compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, identify gaps for counseling or termination as needed.
• Set pay and advancement recommendations; communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events.
• Open and close the store daily; ensure proper staffing and operations.
