Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Illinois store. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and store operations to ensure profitable performance and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining qualified employees, training staff, conducting evaluations, managing inventory and merchandising, and enforcing company policies. You will partner with district leadership to drive growth while maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit control.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with safety policies and loss prevention.

Responsibilities
