ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to support store operations, drive sales growth, and control expenses. You will lead a team, develop personnel, and uphold ALDI’s values while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role reports to the Store Manager and entails coordinating with management to achieve KPIs, implement action plans, and maintain daily store standards. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

• Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external parties.

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager.
• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations in conjunction with the store manager.
• Assists with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Leads store tours during interview events and provides hiring recommendations.
• Trains and develops store personnel to achieve their maximum potential.
• Ensures adherence to customer service principles and proper interactions with customers and coworkers.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly according to merchandising plans.
• Utilizes POS system to process purchases and address scanning issues.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to company standards.
