ALDI USA is seeking an assistant store manager in Wisconsin for a full-time, on-site role. You will help drive sales, control expenses, and ensure superb customer service while developing store personnel and upholding ALDI values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop store personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve results.
• Assist with action plans to improve operating results.
• Schedule weekly work plans and ensure coverage.
• Overssee customer service and employee concerns in partnership with the store manager.
• Operate POS system and manage curbside pickup processes.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising and cash handling policies.
