Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail experience and management experience are preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to support store manager and drive sales growth.
• Lead and develop store personnel and communicate performance expectations.
• Assist in creating action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Lead interview tours and provide hiring recommendations to the store manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and manage schedules.
