• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Communicate and model core company values to foster teamwork.
• Monitor competitive environment and suggest adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the team and payroll/expense targets.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash controls are followed.
