Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to support store operations, drive sales growth, control expenses, and deliver outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead teams, develop personnel, schedule effectively, and uphold ALDI policies while ensuring operational excellence and a customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager.
• Lead and develop store personnel and communicate expectations.
• Assist in action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Conduct store tours during interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Maintain schedules and adherence to policies and store procedures.
• Support the store manager in achieving store KPI budgets and cost controls.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and model ALDI values.
