Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with guiding principles.
• Maintain enthusiastic customer service and fast, easy service.
• Control store funds and company assets.
• Ensure safety, security, and food safety standards.
• Use reports and systems (ACIS, scheduling, CAO) for decision making.
• Support achievement of store budgeted results.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is not present.
• Assist Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations.
• Model excellent customer service and company practices.
