• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Direct store operations, merchandising, and customer service to achieve sales goals.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Hire, train, mentor, and promote associates; set expectations and recognize performance.
• Promote a culture of belonging and integrity aligned with Walmart values.
