Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising multiple associates and managing store operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and feedback to associates.
• Hire train mentor and assign duties ensuring clear expectations and inclusion.
• Drive store performance, budgeting, forecasting and cost control to meet sales goals.
• Ensure customer service standards and open door policy are applied across the team.
