Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and training requirements may apply for facilities that sell firearms.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through teaching, training, and feedback.
• Drive store performance by monitoring PL, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Uphold customer service standards by applying the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Coordinate plans with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
