Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead customer service and store operations in an energetic retail environment. You will supervise associates, train staff, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while maintaining merchandising standards.

The role requires a minimum 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Flexible schedule and travel as needed are noted.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred as a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty handling store operations and staff.
• Open/close duties including cash handling and security.
