Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Frequently operate cash register and assist customers.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service quality.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep shelves organized.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Open/close the store, manage cash, doors, alarms, and setup for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Collaborate with store leadership for merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Perform routine store maintenance and safety checks.
