• Assist Store Manager in planning and scheduling store workload.
• Lead and manage SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Execute Company policies and standards; hold team accountable.
• Support truck unload and stocking processes.
• Achieve KPI targets with your team.
• Manage visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory management in store.
• Oversee merchandise operations and omni-channel processes.
• Manage shrink and safety programs.
• Train, coach and develop the team.
• Interact respectfully with customers; model company values.
• Serve as Manager on Duty.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Assist with omni-channel processes.
