Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, ensuring accurate picking/packing/shipping.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and planogram compliance.
• Support inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
