Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Team player with peers and supervisors; strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to guidelines.
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management and Associates.
• Provides coaching to Associates and supports training needs.
