Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Ability to hire, coach and develop a diverse hourly staff.
• Proven focus on delivering hospitality and stellar customer service.
• Comfort with inventory controls and local store marketing.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Drivers.
• Lead service quality, customer interactions, store cleanliness and team friendliness.
• Foster a culture of excellence in cookie quality, service and sales growth.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.
