Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Ability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Hospitality-focused mindset with a 'player-coach' leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness.
• Foster culture of excellence in cookie quality, customer service and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.
