Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop diverse hourly staff including Shift Leaders and Delivery Drivers.
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness.
• Foster culture of excellence tied to cookie quality and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory to ensure proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.
