Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager in Wilmette, IL to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, performance, and customer service while building loyalty to CVS/pharmacy under the Store Manager’s supervision.

This role oversees store management, sales, inventory, staffing, training, development, and financial management, aligning with company goals and ensuring a high-quality health care shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
