Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy store management team. You will support the Store Manager in leading a busy store, drive execution and performance, and build consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include overseeing store operations, managing sales, inventory, staffing and development, and handling financials while maintaining a customer-centric culture. The role is full‑time with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
