CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service. You will lead a store team and model initiative under the Store Manager to maintain engaged operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, supervision, and communication to ensure service quality, inventory control, and financial performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication, leadership and influencing ability.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
