Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team at CVS/pharmacy. The role focuses on driving store execution, inventory management, staffing and customer service to build loyalty and better health outcomes for customers and communities.

You will support the Store Manager in total leadership and strategic operation, supervise the store crew and implement plans for operational and service improvements while maintaining a productive, engaged team.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and advanced analytical skills required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Full-time availability with flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Retail management experience or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and supervise activities; communicate information to staff and supervisors.
• Provide customer service leadership and address questions, problems and complaints from customers.
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvements.
