Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our CVS Pharmacy store management team. You will lead store execution, drive performance, and strengthen customer service while partnering with the Store Manager to keep the team engaged and productive.

Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, managing staffing and training, controlling inventory and finances, and delivering a service-oriented culture that supports health outcomes for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Communicate information openly and timely to crew and supervisors.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture.
