Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community.
• Ability to work the hours needed to run your store effectively.
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on store environment and KPIs.
• Manage cash activities for the store.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Champion and embody the company culture and core values.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment.
• Drive implementation of company programs.
• Communicate marketing strategies and promotions.
