Strong customer service and team leadership are essential for success in this fast-paced environment. Starting wage is $26.50 per hour with a wage increase to $27.50 per hour in Year 2.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Manage schedules and payroll within budget.
• Ensure proper product handling, cash control, and inventory procedures.
• Hire and train store personnel and develop team.
