Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and overall store performance.
• Help develop operational action plans and identify training opportunities for the team.
• Supervise staff and communicate objectives, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Assist in interviewing store personnel and maintaining inventory procedures.
• Monitor payroll, losses, and adherence to company policies; uphold store cleanliness.
