A strong focus on teamwork, coaching and customer experience is essential. This role requires flexible scheduling, weekend availability and a track record in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Flexible availability to work weekends/holidays.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environments.
• Ability to coach, develop, and inspire career growth.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring safety, service and efficiency; maintain compliance with audits and policies.
• Own accountability to meet/exceed targets by reviewing financials and executing merchandise/inventory plans.
• Analyze trends, control costs, reduce waste, and manage cash procedures for profitability.
• Monitor trends and collaborate with peers to develop action plans for optimal results.
• Ensure store-wide safety, service and operational excellence via policies, safety programs and continuous improvement.
• Champion initiatives, communicate rationale, and ensure adoption of programs.
• Create an inclusive, collaborative team culture focused on achievement and customer service.
• Hire, train and develop a high-performing team through coaching and feedback.
• Support leadership development and talent management/onboarding.
• Maintain 24/7 coverage through strategic scheduling and resource allocation.
• Respond to customer feedback, resolve issues, and plan to exceed expectations.
