Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Ensure proper stock levels and product ordering.
• Merchandise products to maximize sales.
• Protect inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention.
