Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and schedules.
• Develop operational action plans and identify training opportunities for the team.
• Ensure store performance, inventory procedures, and loss prevention.
• Lead by example in customer service and ensure high standards of cleanliness and signage.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and communicate information to the team.
