Qualifications

• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate roles and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Model company values and maintain teamwork among employees.
• Monitor competitive environment and adjust as needed to stay competitive.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on inventory.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash controls are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns in the absence of leadership.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage at all times.
