Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop rapport and coach direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and overall store performance.
• Manage schedules and develop operational action plans.
• Identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team.
• Merchandise products neatly to maximize sales and ensure freshness.
• Monitor inventory procedures, cash control, and loss prevention.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and communicate major milestones.
