ALDI is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Highland Park, MI to support day-to-day store operations and supervise staff. You will help manage schedules, develop action plans, and identify training opportunities to grow the team and improve performance.

This full-time role (38 hours/week) offers a starting wage of $26.00 per hour with a wage increase to $27.00 after year two. You will ensure product quality, inventory integrity, signage accuracy, and strong customer service in a fast-paced

• Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.

• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and store branding at all times.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Participate in interviewing for store personnel.
• Support payroll and loss control objectives.
