Job summary

ALDI USA in Michigan is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership in daily operations, scheduling, and execution of action plans that drive sales and service. You will supervise a team, monitor performance, and model ALDI values to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience.
Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
Identify training opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.
Model company values and foster teamwork among employees.
Monitor competitive environment and adjust store plans as needed.
Provide product feedback and recommend changes to assortment.
