Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and scheduling.
• Develop operational action plans to improve results and identify training opportunities.
• Ensure merchandizing, signage, and product freshness support sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to cash control policies.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding of store personnel.
• Communicate information on weekly milestones and store performance.
• Uphold company policies and safe work practices.
