Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop rapport, trust, and open communication with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.
• Model company values and promote teamwork while monitoring store operations.
• Maintain inventory procedures, cash control policies, and product signage to minimize losses.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure proper stock levels through appropriate product ordering and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and signage are consistently maintained.
